Why bother with angry people, they will always do just what they do… And it seems so stupid to let them get to us (but we are human) and I know it does … please don’t hate them. Hate means they win. Hate means they get to hold space in our head and we suffer.
Pretending it isn’t real doesn’t help. The only thing that changes is our body temperature. We heat up heading for a melt down - and no matter how cool we appear to be it’s a lie. Try to find the righteousness in surrender, the freedom in releasing the grip on the heart, and the peace that will embrace our totality when we cede because anger kills. Look into it, acknowledge it, rise above it, let it go. We cannot control life, but we can control the way we respond to it. These are the choices we make, and every choice dictates our future.
