Busy body across 3 towns! Civil war & Apt 2310's return! Hay!

Snowman D is on his hunt for fresh powders, you better stay out of his way. He even would go to timberline with his "fussion" pass.

I am so glad that Apt 2310 is back to P-town. It took a little adjustment since she took off to the Far East. I miss my alliance. Great to catch up with the W-girl + Present (A language book from the Far East, O-genki desu ka?), we went to to dim sum and did some holdiays rec club shopping. It's always fun when you spend other's $$!

I also went to C town to check on the fallen fence and the leaves. Very frustrated. Then we went to Salem to drink some vine and do the shopping at the Old-Army!

The forecast said snow & freezing rain is on the way, perfect time for HOT POT!

Beaver won. They rank 24th in the Bowl Champ series.

Coffee update and 3 other doggies

This is Rascal! Cute & sweet dog! I met him at the Ham dinner.
This is Coffee-misfit! I made my way to the PT town after another round of tips. I came face to face with the look-a-like. Shy and he wouldn't even come close to me.

The up side: I was spending quality time with Emily. She is a poser!
But I failed my mission, because I did not bring Coffee home.

Snowing on the mountain and the pass on my way back to the cities.

Side note: BC cat won the blue cup

My teacher

I called my teacher this week to see how he is doing. In return, it was a confidence booster as it turns out that he would have been taking the same steps to tackle my current work challenges!

Hope all is well with him!

Clean & Purge! You heard me.

I initiated the MASSIVE, DREADFUL “clean up & purge” program as I know such tasks will take me years to finish. (For those who know me well, this is a big deal!) In several of months, I will be moving (cross states); in several of weeks, I will be moving (cross cubicles) –Office clean up is on the way. So I decide to start with my email account. Well, I have an outside source of motivation, I am getting IT daily reminder about my over size account limit. I have emails dated back from 2003. OMG!
I came across several funny emails that was sent to me over the years! I won’t store them anymore. Brian's selection: Most of his forwards were dialogue. There are the pics.

I want one of these!

Happy Birthday Tod!

Gotta give props to Eric!

He achieved his ambiton to be recognized for his stylish hair. I spotted him in a salon ad inside the local Chinese weekly newspaper. I did not know that we have a model in the family considered the shy guy never let me take his pic.

No more deer! Safety Mascot!

The deer is gone, no more safari decor at the CR6!

As of my weekend highlight: there were lots of heart pumping activities! Monitors were broken from R's collision and on the blink of the insanity; my notebook was malfunctioned temporary on Friday evening. It was saved later by a smart engr. Thanks!

Emily's live toys: 2 kittens have been relocated from the bedroom’s closet to the bathroom. They better stayed there for their own safety. Shame on the kittens and the human! Emily was sniffing, a very hard working K-9!

Extra dark chocolate truffle, massage chair, yummy scallops with extra heart shape, minus no rice crispies treat made it a memorable day.

I don't get compliment often, remark liked "a fine-looking woman" made me fall off my chair.

NW college football was having a bad weekend, the fuskies were beaten by Stanford (1-6), how embarrasing(see note below about the fuskies)!

EndoraT's B-day!

Happy Birthday, girl!

Lunch Time Breaking News: We got the Senate back!

Dem Victory, too soon to say.

Side note: N1 is still down with power breaker failure/bump.

Machine misfortune

Doug said "How do we be #1? Oh we were built first!"

That statement reflected the challenges and the daily fights on N1 in 2006. We need to examinate the machine inside out to find some anwsers to the runnability issues. Today the new item is moisture profile STINK.

Since my days at N1, I have seen numerous downtime related to STINK that hurt runnability, productivity and efficieny, quality and cost. Internal struggles are deposits, pre dryer breaks, wrinkles, seam breaks, profile. External factors are wrong starch to machines (L3), high turbidity etc and frankly... many more.

Long way to climb back to the top of world.
oh no... another outage.. gotta run.

Go huskie site!

Huskies Roberta sent this over. Go cougs. Then you may think, what's the dealio? After clicking at Huck the Fuskies, I couldn't stop laughing. You gotta give credit to the brain behind the site with its tasteless humor about HARRY.

Oh Deer! Round 2!

Coincident!
N1 went down with a failed aircap and I was in RC6, working with the Furnish operators. After several hours of rescue mission, I turned around and found that. Now Mr. deer is in a full safety compliance with all his PPE; to go beyond 100%, someone was trying to put on a respirator for him. Tomorrow his owner is on duty, we'll see.

Record in the making, not the kind I want.

Rain, rain, rain. What else is new? That's what happened when you and I live in the lowland. Flooding Warning

Monday, November 06, 2006

Oh Deer!

As I walked into RC6 this morning, I found a new decoration on the plain wall. I was told this is just temporary. Can you believe that?

The departed

Being a hard core AL fan, I finally saw the American cinematic version of " Infernal Affairs". Too bloody, too vulgar with the some frictional sexual content that the Chinese version lack of. Overall, I do think that they did a pretty ok job developing the plot with the final twist.
