1) go to bed before 11pm and have a 8-hour sleep
2) eat lots of vegetables and fruits and less meats( pork, chicken, and beef)
3) drink lots of water and start quitting coffee, tea and pops
4) one-hour workout everyday
5) have positive and happy attitute to work on everything

I don't eat meat, we don't need to eat it and it's better so many ways.
