Inside each one of us, there is a mostly hidden, mostly golden, mostly eternal image or aspect of being, similar to the gold that is bured in the earth. We are the earhtlings, the children of the earth, and therefore we are replica, in a sense, of the earth itself. One of the ideas that is important is: As above, so below. As outside, so within. - Michael Meade, Fate and Destiny

The 10 Most Important Things We Can Do for the People We Love
"Even if you’re stubborn or moody or judgmental, I will love you anyway. And when I’m stubborn, moody, and judgmental I’ll try to do the same for myself. I’ll try to rise above petty thoughts and sweeping generalizations and keep sight of who you and I really are: good people who are doing our best to navigate a sometimes-painful world. Because we all stress and strain and struggle sometimes. We all get fed up, ticked off, and let down, and at times we all lash out. In these moments when we feel lost and down on ourselves, it helps to see ourselves through the eyes of someone who believes in us. And it helps to remember we’re not alone, and that someone else really cares." - Lori Deschene

That’s the ironic nature of a great love experience between two souls. The deeper they go, the less it is about them and the more it is about the collective. With their love as rocket-fuel, they are catapulted right into the heart of divine. There they become one with all that is- the light and the shadow, the healed and the unresolved, the glory and the gory. They become more than two branches of the human tree- they become the entire forest. This is why traditional psychotherapy often fails soul-mates. Early childhood issues don't even begin to cover the vast array of triggers that come up when souls merge with the divine. What we actually need are love elders, those who have ridden love’s highways into eternity. We need to commune with those who have been there before us. - Jeff Brown

Bob Marley once said:
"You may not be her first,
her last, or her only.
She loved before
she may love again.
But if she loves you now,
what else matters?
She's not perfect—you aren't either,
and the two of you may never be perfect together
but if she can make you laugh,
cause you to think twice,
and admit to being human and making mistakes,
hold onto her and give her the most you can.
She may not be thinking about you every second of the day,
but she will give you a part of her
that she knows you can break—her heart.
So don't hurt her,
don't change her,
don't analyze and
don't expect more than she can give.
Smile when she makes you happy,
let her know when she makes you mad,
and miss her when she's not there.
Love with your whole being when you receive love.
Because there are no perfect girls, but there will always be a girl who is perfect for you."

You become what you surround yourself with. - unknown
The people we spend the most time will massively effect our behaviors, our mood, and our relationship with ourselves and others.
Now is the time to be brave, notice what happens to your life when you’re with people who are disrespectful, condescending, negative, and dishonest.
Become keenly aware of how this plays a role in your energy, and your enthusiasm for life to live each day being your truest, best self.
Stand up, make a plan, and kindly remove them from your circle of influence.
If complete removal is not possible limit the time greatly, and put an invisible shield around you when you’re with them.
Don’t engage, try to change, or be involved. Do the obligatory time and make it short.
But for the most part we can let people go and wish them well, we’re just too afraid of what might happen.
Will they dislike me? Will I be alone?
The unknown is scary, but the pain of the reality of the now is worse.
Enough is enough. You deserve better.
This is your year for being brave and going after the happy successful life you deeply desire. - Barb Schmidt
It is no bad thing to celebrate a simple life. - J.R.R. Tolkien

"Bringing order to clutter, I begin to see, is not just about putting my spices in alphabetical order. It’s about balancing the twin poles of spiritual life: cherishing life and holding it sacred, while knowing that it will pass away. It’s about learning to care for the things and people that are precious to me—and, when it’s time, freely letting them go." — Anne Cushman
Clearing Clutter
Declutter your mind, your heart, your home. Let go of the heaviness that is weighting you down. Make your life simple but significant. - Maria Defillo

The most significant relationship are the ones that bring us restoration. Restoration of our hope, our aliveness, our missing pieces. When we encounter them, we feel ourselves return to wholeness. These are the relationships we need. - Jeff Brown
