It is like drinking poison and expecting the other person to suffer. Anger, hatred, jealously, envy, all of these emotions wear out your body. They cause stress, anxiety, and cause your body "Dis-Ease" Disease will occur inside. Our natural state is Ease. When we add these harmful emotions, that's when we throw our bodies off. We must learn to observe these harmful emotions without absorbing them. Release the pain, judgment and fear. It is what it is, let it go for your well being. What's the alternative?
