Just got a letter via email from Company CEO that posted that question and asked for a resposne.. You may ask why, well, he is ready to trim my none-existing pension, retirement performance plan, profit sharing plan and probably my 401 (K) and he wants to know what kind of employment package would attract and keep me around!
Hm... what should I tell him? I want growth and I want them to leave my retirement account alone!
