Many of us who embark on a self-creation journey find ourselves stuck between two worlds: The survivalist, armored world we come from, and the authentic, inclusive world we long for. In other words, we find ourselves caught between a rock and a "heart place'. Getting to the other side is no easy task, byt there are 3 things that can help you to stay the course:
(1) finding a soulpod of supportive individuals who are traversing the same terrain;
(2) learning to distinguish between conscious armoring (armoring only when necessary), and unconscious armoring (armoring as a patterned response) as a way of being;
(3) Excavating and actualizing your sacred purpose.
When you embody your truest purpose, it becomes a buffer against the madness of thw world. No longer ruled by fear or tempted by substitue gratifications, you live a truly authentic life.
