A new low in my life.
April & May went by really fast in a blink. As June approaches, BoringFish is still recovering from the travelling and the shift work. I was a sickie with a nasty cold and cough that wouldn't go away and emotionally, I am having problems about being XXX, XXXX, XXXXXXXX and XXXXXX......really pathetic... I know.. btw, who give a Fk!
But I want to cry more now! Actually, scream and yell. Instead, I walk around, cry a little, take deep breathe and tell myself to calm down. That worked too.
The fish traveled to Headq in April and learned some process control. The town is really rad with everything I want! Now all I need is a companion from FW and I will be set! What a big contrast from the week at ALB, I was disappointed, somehow I managed to turn my blood from green to boiling red and blue and felt truly proud of where I now call HOME. Ok... fine.. my blood is still green...yay really! Seriously, I am still blessed and honored to know many great ppl in my growth to become what. Ironically, April was a robust month in production at home, the product line broke speed record and was I part of that? Hard to tell, I was gone so much and at the end, boss took us out to lunch for some fish in May. Yipee! FYI, I was in Best of 2007 1 st qrt too.....you should be happy for me!
From my R & D audit, my spanking new title should be R&D engineer, I logged in 70% of my time at Lake-town to do research for the greatest and the brightest (Hi-brite) reading material for the world, you should all love me! It's cutting edge here.
Summer interns are here. I will be giving weekly evaulation to one, I need to put on my cheerful face.
SGA is special & maybe I can do a exchange soon to Nippon and see Mt. Fuji.
Trials are my life, cost reduction is my mission and $$ is going down! Along with the process, the R&D, I am picking up the skills & the experience as the mechanical/project engineer, I am working on the tank modification and the cans inspection, sounds important & YAY they are! Safety, the uphill battle is over for now, the coast is clear without the 11 recordables non-work related hearing loss, I love my custom fitted earplugs. Oops did I tell you that I dropped one inside the boiler and I found an old pair in the car just as I was ready to get the replacement.
Seeing many ALB folks around in April & May, we both traveled to see each other. It was a new experience at ALB today. I felt sorry for the individual.... way out at the left field, very lost! No time to see Karen & Horace
I have a house for u. Call me.

There was another one of this series that I saw last year from you tube-YELLOW FEVER by Wongfu Productions, ...similar references with ddr and all.

Bugs are my best friends
I mentioned about killing bugs last Friday, I should have been aggressive because the machines were plagued with bugs all weekend and the chemical used to control went up the roof. BoringFish & others are taking the heat. Well, mostly, ME. I have been working on it all day…… not fun when they are winning and having very happy time building colonies on my expense. I can’t wait to open up the storage chests in a month and see all those pinky slime. No offense, Pinki.

Summer tips from WORK: What should I drink to stay hydrated?
Hydration means to supply water to keep proper fluid balance in the body.
It is hot! You need to drink enough fluids to keep your body hydrated. There are a lot of choices-coffee, tea, sports drinks, juice and good ol water. What do you choose?
Coffee
Coffee is not very good. Coffee has caffeine. This causes you to urinate more (lose water) at the same time you are putting water into the body. Not gaining much, are you?
Teas
Teas without caffeine may not be a bad choice because if you like the flavor you will drink more.
Cola or other Carbonated Soft Drinks
They do taste great. You are more likely to drink what you like. Although they may make you feel bloated and belch. Also, the acids used to carbonate and flavor these will damage your teeth. Also, the sugar and caffeine in some of them will slow your absorption of water. In the long run, they aren't good for you.
Juice
The fructose, or fruit sugar, reduces water absorption in the body. Also, it is not likely that you will drink sufficient juice to keep hydrated because juices can be filling.
Sports Drinks
The main advantage of sports drinks is that people tend to drink more because they like the flavor. Also, the salt (sodium) makes you thirstier and helps with the retention of fluids.
Sports drinks don't actually hydrate better than water, but you are more likely to drink larger quantities resulting in better hydration. They do have things like salt and minerals as well.
Water
Good, quality water may be the best choice for hydration. Water is less expensive and generally more available than any other drink. While some people like the taste of water, most people find it bland and may stop drinking water before becoming fully hydrated.
CAUTION #1
People with health conditions, such as heart problems, or people with special diets, such as low sodium diet, should consult a physician about what to do exactly to stay hydrated.
CAUTION #2
Water can be toxic if over consumed. Too much water in the body can dilute sodium and potassium in the body to dangerous levels. So don’t over consume.
Guideline: Under hot conditions or when exercising. drink about 1 cup (5-8 oz) of water every 15-20 minutes.

Zee tour
BoringFish & group went to a GP mill for a 1/2 tour last night (just the converting portion). GP is a leading manufacturers and distributors of tissue paper. It turned out that the parent company, Koch changed the rule and no longer showed the manufacturing processes to external visitors. Here is the GP's Company website.

三國.見龍卸甲=Three Kingdoms: Resurrection of the Dragon
A crappy looking poster from his latest movie (in production), another one of those heroic epic movies about warriors with Maggie Q.
Maggie Q; she was in MI3, 4th Die Hard (Live free or die hard) and balls of fury.
Three Kingdoms: Resurrection of the Dragon is his 4th movie as a warrior/fighter type character in the last 5 years, AL. it's time to get some new roles. Ironically, I wish he is in John Woo's The Battle of Red Cliff, another big-budget epic movie, currently in production!
