2018 is the year

For The New Year
Look at yourself, and into the heart of those you love or could, and go beyond seeing a need for change or improvement. Instead of looking for what is not okay and in need of change, look for what is beautiful and unchanging.
Self-improvement can be good, but realization of your true nature is always great.
Self-improvement begins with, “I will improve or change in order to become the person I really want to be.” The problem is that the self-concept that motivates this—the self-image of not being good enough—can permeate one’s entire life.
Realization of your true nature begins with, “I see the beauty of the person I am.” May this be what permeates your life in the coming year.
