PM1 is taking another emergency down right now, following one from last week (boilout). The roll is vibrating so bad that we just couldn't hang on to it a little longer, say 2 more days. My wet end is turning orange; I am very disturbed by the orange coating on the metal and I want to know WHY! Today is going to be a very long day. this week is going to be a long one as well, we are having a machine scheduled shutdown on Thursday. Wish me luck!
