Shock wave just came thru as we had another round of organizational changes. Wouldn’t be a good sign if they kept on changing their minds? The mills unique identity has been what I was worry about the most since my transfer. I thought being reshuffle within the organization for the 4th time in May was the last change for the year. Not so quick!
People are definitely shaken by the retirement news of Bill. Folks are all worry about being named on the chopping board as the company looking at ways to reduce head count.
