Only clear communicators need apply.

I call them, " the harborers. " They are the people you connect with that always seem to be harboing animosity towards you. They don't outright say it, or create a space for relational resolution. Instead, they reveal it in various indirect forms: passive aggressive comments, a constant need to contradict you, a smile with a sinister energy coming off it. You can't oput your finger on it, but you can just sense that they have an issue with you. They get under your skin, gnaw at you, leave you confused as to what is really going on. And that's precisely what they want you to feel. Because they don't actually have the courage to admit what they are feeling. And they want you to suffer for their avoidance. It's been my experience that it's best to rid your world of the. The fewer harboroers, the better. Life is difficult enough, without confusing dynamics muddying the waters. Only clear communications need apply. - Jeff Brown
