In all the hard work I’ve done
Over the last four years
Journeying to places beyond what I had known
To find myself
Love myself
Open myself
To true connection
It was amazing
And exhausting
And I adopted the dichotomy
Fierce warrior/tired woman
And I have carried it into my life
With the knowledge that I cannot be one
Without being the other
You are a fierce warrior
and a tired woman
You cannot be one without the other
Love, accept and embrace your tired woman
So you can return to be a fierce warrior
