Loving each other forward, after centuries of collective diminishment...

It is still amazing to me how tenacious our self-doubt patterns are, and yet how quickly our positive self-thoughts can evaporate. This is the stage of the collective un-conscious, one where many of us are more inclined to hide our light under a bushel of shame than to celebrate our magnificence. What this tells me is that we have lots of work left to do internally, and, just as importantly, that we need to make a point of validating others whenever possible:" I love you, You are fantastic, I appreciate what is unique about you, I am grateful for your presence, you rock" etc. There can neer be too much kindness, too much attunement, too much honoring of the other.
