I think about the multitude of messages coming from inside and outside each person, shunning or rebuking them from expressing the dormant and forming parts longing to shine.
There were times I internalized so many harmful projections or negative messages, and because they were so powerful, I became afraid to grow.
Unlearning negative messages is part of the work, while we begin to nurture the positive and loving truths about ourselves and nestle into a brand new form of warmth and safety.
