Growth mindset
The courageous heart is the one that is unafraid to open to the world. - Jack Kornfield
Buddhist teachings often speak of compassion for all beings. But for most of us, compassion is developed one person and one difficult situation at a time. - Jack Kornfield, The Wise Heart
Let your faith be bigger than your fear - unknown
There are apologies I'm stilll owed and apologies that will probably never come, but by far the most important apolgies are the ones I owe myself. For not thinking I was enough, for not thinking I was worthy, for not realizing my magic before. - unknown
Let's hope for peace, let's seek rest from the uproar of events and a mind that won't stop shouting its dissatisfaction.
We're a bit like a juggler on a tight rope; ours is a dynamic balance, made of continuous movements, corrections and adjustments; trouble if we stopped and trouble if we stopped progressing.
With every moment of serenity, they immediately follow other stimulus that will put new problems and new uncertainties into motion.
This is life, but for many this is suffering and ′′ the valley of tears ′′ so exalted by our traditional religion.
Anxiety and uncertainty of what we have to do, in some cases, can become such a size that even the smallest thing can become a problem and everything comes with that negative veil that makes it difficult to reason in other words.
What is this pain for? This so destructive way of seeing what should be the beauty of a display of harmony and love?
My are rhetorical questions naturally, because the answer has been given to us, but it remains in the theoretician of a mind that must be able to break the patterns of habit and stagnation; it must find a new dimension of one's self and move on the thread of life with that dynamism necessary to achieve the true goals of our being.
At this point, as far as I understand, there is no different indication except that which the same pain or discomfort is suggesting.
It only takes courage. - Umberto Ridi
