When we resist change, it's called suffering. But when we can completely let go and not struggle against it, when we can embrace the groundlessness of our situation and relex into it's dynamic quality, that's called enlightenment. - Pema Chodron, Living beautifully: with uncertainty and change

The answer to momentum is caring about the way you feel. - unknown

Pay attention to your patterns. The way you learned to survive may not be the way you want to continue to live. Heal and shift. - Dr. Thema Bryant -David

Don't dwell on what went wrong. Instead, focus on what to do next. Spend your energies on moving forward toward finding the answer. - Spiritual Awakenings ॐ

When someone does something wrong, don't forget the things they did right. - unknown

Don't be so hard on yourself when you find yourself dwelling on your past and overthinking about all the misfortune you've had. Because sometimes people forget that their past is a pathway. And a pathway is a journey, and a journey takes time, and time is all you have when you feel lsot, so please be patient and kind. Something better is on the way. - r.m. drake

We waste so much energy trying to cover up who we are when beneath every attitude is the want to be loved, and beneath every anger is a wound to be healed and beneath every sadness is the fear that there will not be enough time.
When we hesitate in being direct, we unknowingly slip something on, some added layer of protection that keeps us from feeling the world, and often that thin covering is the beginning of a loneliness which, if not put down, diminishes our chances of joy.
It’s like wearing gloves every time we touch something, and then, forgetting we chose to put them on, we complain that nothing feels quite real. Our challenge each day is not to get dressed to face the world but to unglove ourselves so that the doorknob feels cold and the car handle feels wet and the kiss goodbye feels like the lips of another being, soft and unrepeatable. - Mark Nepo

You get more of whatever you think about. If you focus on problems, guess what pops up, that's right more problems. If you focus on solutions, what pops up, that's right more solutions. This is the game. What thoughts are you feeding your mind? Are you helping yourself or hurting yourself with these thoughts? Now, if you are doing well, flourishing and have peace of mind, this isn't for you. Keep doing what your doing. This practice is for people who aren't feeling their best, always in the same tough situation with different people. There is a way to draw better to you. If we change what we think about, the things we think about change. Meaning we need to stay aware of how we are feeling. Switch up your knee jerk reactions and own your words. This is all possible with a little thought. Think about it. Feed the thoughts you want to grow. See the comments for an illustration. - Positive Corners

Focus more on the people who inspire you then the people who annoy you. - unknown
