Our hearts want to be recognized and honored. When we set out to do our best to act and respond from the heart, it changes the world.

It changes our perception of what is important and it changes the way we walk in our lives and how we treat ourselves and others. On the Path of the Heart, there is more than progress, fixing, or accomplishment, there is love.
What way can you respond to the world today that is heart-centered?
How can you act from love, internally and externally at this moment?
How do we heal our lives and our world?c
We don't set out to save the world. We set out to wonder how other people are doing and to reflect on how our actions affect other people's hearts. - Pema Chodron
