Ain that true?

When thinking about life, remember this:
1. No amount of guilt can change the past.
2. NO amount of anxiety can change the future. - unknown

If one door closes, quit trying to open it.
If it's locked, quit banging on it trying to get back in.
Door closes for a reason.
Sometimes they reopen, but most of the time they are meant to stay closed.
Some doors are no longer meant for you.
Move forward today leaving the past behind you.
Look forward to the next door that is opening for you.

There is nothing in the world that can trouble you as much as your own thought.
You will never really be free until you free yourself from the prison of your own thoughts.
You've have been criticizing yourself for years...and it hasn't worked...so it's time to try to approving of yourself and see what happens.
It's time to stop worrying about what can go wrong and get excited about what can go right.
And don't ruin today by thinking about yesterday. Just let it go.
Try to stop those anxious thoughts in their tracks.. and replace them with calming words..
It's all going to be okay.
I can do this
Life is amazing
And remember .. everything will be okay in the end..
