Things were ok over the weekend for Dusty. He said things did not get ugly (or in translation: she did not get too mean) and he bought flowers too....He is all cheerful today...A happy Dusty = HappyFish. Then there is happy Opie, he bought himself and his families 2 WIIs. They were dancing, golfing and playing tennis yesterday. Lucky guy when there were only 12 Wii at Freddy's and he got his name drawn 4 times, hahaha!

After catching up on chores in the morning, I headed out for my Sunday outing with WJ. We went to 2nd sad song contest and I got a door prize: I WIsh You Love by Portland's own Lyle Ritz & Rebecca Kilgore. Rad girl times, I hope Miss J can join us next time and Yes, WJ, that is a very cute guy that you and I couldn't stop staring, where were our manners?

I got to go on my fave ride, magic mile as well as the new Jeff Flood Express. I traveled more than 2500 vertical feet in one run, not bad for my 3rd time this season. At least 2 more trips to the mountain before the end of the season.

Wow, wow, what a year so far and it’s only February.
BoringFish got included again for another best of quarter, my 3rd one in 2007. It's all about being on a great team!
School-wise: I got accepted into a 9 months program. Nope, not a 12 steps…. ^-^ ; Japanese in spring, and ad chem. in April, a trip to OH in May, no Japan visit for me in June, Dusty can’t take me this time. A trip to MO in July, Then in the 2nd half of the year, I expect to do some traveling for several technical courses in OK, TX, GA and NY. We will see how my plan pan out.

Richard is going to MBA School; he hasn’t decided where to go yet, few places to choose from (all in the mid west). No TMO in the valley to go to, they got Jerry to help out. Good for them. I just have to mind my own business (August capital outage and a October regional outage). So what is my business? Chemical! Along with my day to day task, I have biocide, starches, colloidal particles, NaOH, KOH and holes on my BIG plate, they all will keep me a BUSYFIsh!

I have been an inactive MER, time to refresh my skills and I saved Charlie!
WJ is a new pal from V-town. Good times…...we could be the long lost sisters!

Boringfish got to work this morning and hit hard spiritually by an injury, someone fell and slipped at my unit operation Saturday night. He completed his task at the silo building and he was holding his tools in one hand, as he was trying to stepped down, he fell and slipped and striked his forehand to the surrounding piping, PS he wore a bump cap! My heart sank .............Safety First! We started a chemical trial this past weekend ( 2 weeks ) and oh boy, it's hard to make the right consistency of the fries pudding. I saw him and his bumped face. It hurts to see him all bruised up. N2 has all day trial in the begining of the week, Duck boy was not around, so Huskygal, Brian and the double Ss did most of it.

January is a very eventful month for work and fun. 2 more days till month end, but we probably will finish the month under the plan.
Buzzy Work: I continued to be the bug terminator, but I am very bad at it, hence, we are still very slimy. We took 2 SDs on N1 for many NaOH baths, still not working though. The bio matters are very determined to stay. Speed of 45** was suffered because of the unwelcome guests. My facilitation skills were challenged, but the project bought me closer to my team members, esp with the Paintball master. We have each other backs, so we said! Finding deposits everywhere has allowed me to put my lab coat on played my role as a mad chemist! We like heat and caustic, what else can we try to cook?! I gave blood, and finished my 1st complete cycle of donation, great feelings! I got my 1st snow in this year, besides being the recipient of the non stop harassment; I wish I could have a new 4WD.Rumor is that my Nihongo buddy Mr. T is moving back home. I wouldn't want to see him go, his girls are so cute. TMO is around the block in the valley, my phone is ringing again, but no worry, I won't be going down there, I will just be the phone consultant to a rookie, Someday I may apply my skill again as the queen of plumbing, for now, I don't miss it. New company web site was launched. Go see the newer version. Prince of Darkness has arrived in mill town. I met Mr. Vader back in 06 when I was at the valley, watch out ladies and others! Meet Fibre's new manager. We just finished G100, and I am officially be cursed as the sleeper! We had Judy's all week long, pretty good food.
Fun:
Nihongo course is going well and being a semi-college student has its ups and downs, mostly ups because the learning is great. I am looking at more classes for the year (chemistry, facilitation, printing and leadership) to further my fish brain development. Hot springs is something I hope to try in WA this year. I finally finished Marley and Me, a great book to read or listen to, super sad and oh my dear Coffee. Meanwhile, there is a flyer, posted at the common area from Renee about finding a loving home for her 2 Italian greyhound.I got many inquires throughout the week and I have no clue of how to magically show up with the cute doggies, they are choclate brown, so cute. Some were surprised to think that me, the doggie lady would give away doggie, haha I am flattered! CNY is around the corner! I want to have 圑年生日飯! The year of Rat! Need I say more? Razor is back after the unfortunate cell phone episode on New Year ’s Eve. Chilled with Miss J at OR city with hot pot and really enjoyed the first few episode of 野蠻奶奶大戰戈師奶, I gotta go to a ski school this weekend to re-learn snow boarding all over again!
